Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

For all orders above Rs. 5,000/- free shipping will be provided.

For all orders below Rs. 5,000/- a standard shipping rate of Rs. 351/- will be charged.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of order placement.

Delivery is expected within 4-5 working days in major cities and 4-7 days for other locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it online.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to most cities across Pakistan.

We ship worldwide too. Delivery time for international orders is 6-8 working days and the charges will be advised accordingly.

Order Cancellation in Case of Delay

If we are unable to ship your complete order within 3 working days, we will cancel the unshipped part of the order and inform you via email. In such cases, your payment for the unshipped part will be refunded in the manner it was made.

Shipping Multiple Items

We endeavor to ship all items in your order together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Invoice and Tax Regulations

Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice stating the price, in compliance with Pakistan Tax Regulations.
